• Contacts: With your permission, we access your device's contact list solely to help you invite friends to bracket pools. Contact information is used only to send invitations and is not stored on our servers.

• Verify your phone number via SMS
• Enable you to create, join, and participate in bracket pools
• Send pool invitations via SMS
• Display leaderboards and pool standings

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication services (stores account data)
• Vonage: SMS verification services (receives phone numbers for OTP delivery)
• RevenueCat: Subscription and in-app purchase management (receives user ID to manage entitlements; does not receive email, phone number, or other personal data)
• SportsData: Sports scores and tournament data (no personal data shared)

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information:

• Within Pools: Your name and payment status are visible to other pool members
• With Service Providers: Third-party services listed above that help operate the App

• Pool Data: Retained for the duration of the tournament plus 90 days
• Verification Codes: Automatically deleted after 5 minutes
• Profile Photos: Stored locally on your device only; not retained on our servers
• Inactive Accounts: May be deleted after 12 months of inactivity
